2021 New Balance Runner Design for New Balance Designing with Sole program held by Pensole Footwear Design Academy. Extremely proud to say that this was a groundbreaking design for me as the first version (white sole) was the one that got me accepted into Pensole for the first time after countless attempts. During the class we were instructed to re-vamp our original design into something better and thus the second version was created. 

I tried to include a lot of innovations and abstractions on this design especially in the sole. As well as with the shape of the shoe especially on the first version. Tried to keep a lot of lightweight construction and materials throughout the shoe for an easy run.

Had a blast learning about how to build this entire thing during the course which ran about a month long. Also did a lot of work but will take the experience forward with intentions of applying it to future opportunities.
